Presented the day before yesterday New Nissan Leaf (2025): details of the European version has already appeared on the American website of the brand and thanks to this it became known how the basic equipment of this electric crossover looks like.

Here's What We Know

Photos for press releases traditionally show new cars in the most expensive packages with all possible options in the package. The new Nissan Leaf is no exception. The press photo shows the car in two-colour configuration and with original rear lights with 3D effect. Such lights are dual - part is on the rear wings and the other part is integrated into the boot door. However, the online configurator shows that this look is exclusive to the Platinum+ trim, while the S+ and SV+ trims have a simpler rear end. At least in the American version.

The rear doors are also different, as the premium version has a black insert in the middle that is not present on the simpler packages. The more expected differences include 18-inch steel wheels with hubcaps, an exclusively monochrome exterior and two 12.3-inch displays in the cabin of the S+ trim. The mid-range SV+ version gets 18-inch alloy wheels and two 14.3-inch screens in the cabin. The top-of-the-line Platinum+ version gets 19-inch wheels, a blackout panoramic roof and a Bose audio system, among others.

Now it will be interesting to compare the US and European configurations. They will definitely differ in names and equipment.
