Atlus has announced Persona 4 Revival, a remake of the famous JRPG
Persistent rumours of a Persona 4 remake being developed have been fully confirmed.
Here's What We Know
At the Xbox Games Showcase publisher Atlus announced an updated version of the famous JRPG Persona 4, which is subtitled Revival.
As in the original game, the events will unfold in the provincial town of Inaba, and the main character will be a schoolboy. The idyll of a quiet life and a new school year is broken by rumours of mysterious murders and a sinister TV channel, and the protagonist awakens the power of Persona.
The trailer doesn't allow us to get a full impression of Persona 4 Revival, but the quality of graphics and overall execution are on as high a level as in the fresh Persona 3 Reload.
When We Can Expect It
No release date has been announced for Persona 4 Revival, the game will be available on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series including Game Pass.
