The cult Thief series of games will get a new instalment for the first time in more than 10 years with the subtitle Legacy of Shadow, but only for PSVR2

The legendary stealth series Thief is preparing for a triumphant return in Thief: Legacy of Shadow. This time, we're looking forward to something completely new, as the project is being developed as an exclusive for PSVR2. If you've been dreaming of a real immersion in the world of theft, intrigue, and skill, then this is exactly what you've been waiting for.
Here's What We Know
Thief: Legacy of Shadow is being developed by talented studios Vertigo Games (known for Arizona Sunshine and Metro Awakening) and Maze Theory, in close collaboration with Eidos Montreal, a company that already has experience with the Thief franchise.
The game, which is scheduled to launch later this year, will let you transform into a young thief named Magpie. Forced to steal to survive, she accidentally stumbles upon a mysterious artefact that "preserves the legacy of the past".
VR is a good format for Thief, fully immersing you in the world and forcing you to perform actions such as pickpocketing, picking locks, and tricking enemies. The ability to physically interact with the environment, peek around corners, carefully manipulate lock-picking tools, and feel every movement will make Thief: Legacy of Shadow a great immersive experience.
