Galaxy Fold7 was shown for the first time in a photo - it looks like it's not a mock-up
The first "live" photo of Samsung Galaxy Fold7 has appeared online. The image shows the back of the device with the branded vertical triple camera without any new details, but this could be the first look at the real device before the launch.

Insiders report that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Fold7, Flip7, and Flip7 FE in early July. Mass production is already underway, so the appearance of leaks can be considered quite expected. The source of the photo is the Chinese social network Weibo, but the original post has already been deleted, which may indicate that the image is somewhat authentic.
Although the picture shows only the back panel, insiders claim that the Galaxy Fold7 will have a significantly updated design: an ultra-thin body with a thickness of only 3.9 mm when unfolded, a new external display almost close to the edges, and much thinner bezels around the internal screen.
The likely dimensions of the device are 158.4 × 143.1 × 3.9 mm. All three models may receive different chips: The Fold7 is almost certainly equipped with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (Elite Edition), while the Flip7 will only get this platform in the US and China, and the Exynos 2500 in other markets. The budget model Flip7 FE is rumoured to be powered by Exynos 2400.
According to insiders, the company plans to hold a Galaxy Unpacked event in early July 2025.
According to The JoongAng, the event will be held in New York, USA, in early July. Last year, the Galaxy Flip 6 and Galaxy Fold 6 were unveiled on 10 July, so this year's date may be even earlier. This event will continue the tradition of Samsung holding presentations of its foldable smartphones in different cities around the world: New York was the site of the Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 announcements, while the Flip 5 and Fold 5 debuted in Seoul and the Flip 6 and Fold 6 in Paris.
