World of Darkness is in good hands: Paradox Interactive has revived White Wolf Publishing, which will develop the franchise.

Publisher Paradox Interactive has announced news that will delight fans of the World of Darkness franchise, which consists of popular board and video games, including the cult Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.
Here's What We Know
The Swedish company is reviving White Wolf Publishing - the brand was acquired by Paradox in 2015 and closed in 2018. White Wolf will again become an independent company, which will be part of Paradox and will deal with licensing and publishing of various media products, including board games, as well as co-publisher of the future role-playing video game Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, the release of which is expected in autumn 2025.
The revitalised company will be given autonomy in decision-making, which should have a positive impact on the development of the World of Darkness universe.
Paradox Interactive's Executive Vice President of the World of Darkness franchise Marco Behrmann does not hide his optimism:
Wolf is back, baby! I am incredibly excited and proud that White Wolf is returning as an independent business unit, carrying the legendary World of Darkness portfolio into the future. The creation of a dedicated publishing division for our tabletop RPGs strengthens our already successful licensing business. It allows us to create classic and new projects faster, and to have a clearer and longer-term transmedia vision in co-operation with our fans and partners. The White Wolf brand is well recognised in the entertainment industry among game producers, distributors and licensing partners alike. This revival is a huge win for our fans, for it gives us the opportunity to create the products, experiences and worlds they want to explore.
